The scientific research  helps the society through the research projects that are presented by these countries which contribute in society progress. These ambitions follow their desires through close cooperation between ministries (government) and universities (educational and research institutions). And the owners of industry and production, with planned steps; Aware of the extent of the importance of scientific research in achieving progress and civilizational development and its continuity to be used in addressing and solving the problems that face both public and private institutions.

From this standpoint , the role of this conference emerges: The International Conference for Scientific Research, entitled: “Scientific research and its role in serving society", in an attempt to enrich this topic, which it is hoped will be a means for higher education institutions and research centers to develop specific and clear plans for the development of scientific research in the world linked to community development.

The conference axes meet the Aims of Sustainable development in light of modern technology, So The Conference included (13) major axes distributed between disciplines, Sciences and Human and Scientific knowledge in order to expand the scope of productive and effective participation, as follows:

❑          languages, literature and Translation Axis (Arabic, English, Turkish, French, German, Spanish, Russian, Italian and translation)

❑          Educational and psychological sciences Axis (education, psychology, and teaching methods) .

❑          Administration and economics Axis (Administration, Economics, Financial And Banking Sciences, Accounting, Marketing and Statistics) .

❑          Media Axis (Radio, Television, Press, Public Relations and Digital Media).

❑          Archeology and tourism Axis (Antiquities, Civilization, Tourism, Tourist Guidance and Hotel Studies.

❑          Law and political science Axis (Public Law, Private Law, Politics and International Studies( .

❑          Physical education and sports sciences Axis (Theoretical Sports Sciences, Individual games and Team  games).

❑          Arts axis (Art Education, Audio-Visual, Fine arts, Theater, and Musical Education).

❑          Libraries , information and knowledge Axis (libraries, Information Sources, Information services, Documentation, knowledge Management and Information Networks).

Aims of the Conference:

1-            Study the impact of technology on sustainable development in the Human and Social fields.

2-            Documenting Scientific cooperation in research fields with various academic and Scientific bodies and institutions.

3-            Strengthening the fields of acquaintance and scientific communication between researchers participants in the conference.

4-            Encouraging scientific research aimed at solving challenges and crises through productive scientific theses.

5-            Upgrading the level of theoretical and applied scientific research by providing the opportunity to publish it in local and international journals.

6-            Enhancing scientific communication and research bonds with our researchers and researchers from other Arab and foreign countries.

7-            Getting acquainted with scientific expertise and experts from various Iraqi institutions by providing an opportunity to communicate with their counterparts in the regional and international areas.

8-            Refining the personality of the participating researchers and providing them with the skills of participating in scientific conferences and building self-confidence.

9-            Explaining the role of scientific research in political and economic sciences in serving Society.

10-         Show the role of scientific research for financial and administrative sciences in Community service.

11-         Explaining the role of scientific research in the Medical and Therapeutic sciences in Community service.

12-         Explaining the challenges that hinder the use of scientific research in the service of society and ways to processing them.

13-         Learn about the most Important international practices in scientific research and their impact on Societies.

14-         Reviewing some of the pioneering Models in the field of scientific research and their impact on Society.

15-         Documenting and strengthening the bonds of research and scientific Cooperation between researchers.

Author Guidelines – Writing Rules

• The papers should be prepared in A4 paper size with “MS Office - Word 2010” or with a higher version and by utilising the paper template of the Journal. The papers must be less than 30 pages with the template.
• Page margins should be as follows: Top: 2.5 cm, Bottom: 2.5 cm, Left: 2.5 cm and Right: 2.5 cm.
• The papers should be written with 10 font size in “Times New Roman” and with "single" line spacing. There should be one space after points and commas. No indents should be used for the paragraphs and 6 pt spaces should be left before and after the paragraphs. Between the paragraphs no extra blank lines should be used.
• The headings and subheadings should be appeared in 10 font size, bold and left justified and also numbered decimally such as 1., 1.1., 1.1.1., 1.1.2., 1.1.2.1. The numbering should be initiated from the “Introduction” part and should be continued till the “Conclusion” part.
• All the tables and figures in the paper should be given centered and in their proper places. All the tables and figures should be numbered in bold (Table 1., Figure 2., etc.) and given titles in normal fonts. For the Tables, the titles should be given above while it should be given under the Figures.
• The bulleted texts in the paper, should be left justified and 3 pt distance must be set before and after the paragraph.

Intext citations, footnotes and reference lists in the papers should be prepared according to American Psychological Association (APA 6) style. The intext references should be given with author-date-page method.

• 1- Communicating with the participants by e-mail and answering their questions instantly
• 2- Transfer from the airport to the conference hotel, from the conference hotel to the airport.
• 3- All inclusive accommodation, free use of all entertainment facilities of the hotel.
• 4- Participants accreditation card
• 5- Consultancy and guidance services for the participants during the conference
• 6- Participants will be given an invitation letter.
• 7- Participants will be given a certificate of participation.
• 8- There will be an award ceremony at the end of the conference.
• 9- All articles will go through the referee process.
• 10- Tour will be organized to touristic places in the city center.
• 11- Publications of articles to be published in Kirkuk University are free of charge.
